What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept checks, as well as MasterCard & VISA.

Do we have to pay a separate cleaning fee?

There is a $60 cleaning fee to be left on the counter of the condo.

Will we be charged tax?

Yes. There is a 6.1% MO Sales Tax.

How soon may we check in?

Check in time is 4:00 pm.

When is checkout time?

We ask that you check out no later than 10:00 am.

May I smoke?

No, we ask that no one smoke in the condo. However, smoking is allowed on the deck.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are only allowed under special circumstances and for an extra fee. Please contact us for further information.
